Do I plant dahlia bulbs this fall for next spring or do I put them in a cool dry place and plant them next spring?

Dahlias are summer bloomers and they don't tolerate frost. Plant them next spring two weeks before the last frost date of your area. By the time the shoots emerge, the weather should be frost free. Good luck!
