| The answer is "it depends" on how thick you want the planters to look. For a very thick look plant them very close together (almost touching or up to an inch apart), for a more airy effect set them about two inches apart. If you plant fewer than that your boxes may look too sparse depending on what you are envisioning. If you are limited in the number of bulbs you have, plant a handful clustered roughly in the center of each. Have fun with your project! |
