| I am trying to find out if a specific plant I bought is a perennial or an annual. The name is either "purple buddy" or "buddy purple". I actually want to know how to winterize this plant. It has turned out to be a very hardy plant and nice to look at. |
| I believe you have a lovely dark purple dwarf strain of gomphrena called "Buddy". This is an annual and will not winter over. However, the flowers do dry beautifully and can be kept as a reminder of the plant. |
