I purchased an unusual plant at a rumage sale, the name of the plant (as the owner told me) is called "Crown of Thorns". I have searched the web for how to care for it, I have had no luck finding answers for a plant of that name. It is a plant with winding stems that have thorns and little green leaves that bud red little flowers. If you know of the plant please tell me how to care for it.

Crown of Thorns (Euphorbia milii) appreciates average warmth, minimum of 55F in the winter. Provide as much light as possible but shade from direct summer sun. Water moderately spring through autumn, water sparingly in winter. Let the surface of the soil dry out between waterings. Feed only during the months of March through September, and expect some leaf drop during the winter months when the plant is resting.
