What would be the best to plant in a large window box that is in a southern exposure and in the summer gets daily temps of 100 plus?

Sounds like a hot, dry spot! Baileya multiradiata (Desert Marigold), Gaillardia, Linum (Flax), Salvia coccinea, and Zinnia grandiflora are a few good choices for your window box.
