I have another question regarding the dark red oxyalis bulbs. I have them planted indoors as a house plant.
Is this okay? Are there any special indoor needs this bulb will have. I placed the bulbs in a north exposure window.

Oxalis are sometimes used as indoor blooming plants. It might need more light to bloom than it will get in a northern exposure. If you have a morning sun/eastern exposure that might work better. Fertilize with a balanced fertilizer according to package instructions.
