I would like to naturalize crocus bulbs in my lawn. However, I'm concerned about the effects of lawn fertilizer and weed and feed on the bulbs. If I plant crocus in my lawn will regular (spring & fall) fertilizing have a negative effect on them. Also, if I were to use weed and feed would this possibly kill them?

The fertilizer will not harm the bulbs, in fact they will probably benefit from it as much as the lawn does if it is applied at a time when they are actively growing. The herbicide in weed and feed would only affect them if it is applied when the crocus foliage is above ground.
