I have a first year patio blueberry bush. What should I do for the winter? Does it need to be brought indoors?

Your blueberry needs a cool chilling period, so you should not bring it indoors into a warm area. You will need to protect the roots from extreme cold, however. To do so you might bury the pot in the ground or else insulate it with a deep layer of mulch or perhaps set it in a sheltered but cold location (an unheated garage might work) for the winter. Good luck with your plant!
