The cure will depend upon the cause of your plant's distress. Chinaberry (Melia azedarach) grows best in full sun and requires very little water. It's a spreading tree, with narrow, toothed leaves and loose clusters of lilac flowers in the spring and early summer. The flowers are followed by hard, yellow, berries. The foliage turns from green to gold in the autumn. Chinaberry is a tough tree, withstanding wind, drought and exceptional summer heat.

You didn't describe the symptoms, but if your tree is planted in the lawn, it may be receiving too much water.

Hope this helps!
