I would like to save seeds from my peppers, to plant next year. How do I do this? Freeze them, dry them or what?

The simplest method is to allow the pepper to ripen fully (the fruit turns red) and then remove the seeds. Allow them to air dry for several weeks and then package and label. Keep them in a jar or other airtight container in the refrigerator until you are ready to use them.
