| Rather than attempt to provide an overly brief summary in this format since you have so many different garden areas to contend with and many of the care suggestions would depend on which specific plants you have, I think the best suggestion would be to look at a book or two about basic gardening. One I particularly like (and which addresses most of the routine care you have asked about) is "Gardening for Dummies" by Michael MacCaskey ISBN 1-56884-644-4. It is very straightforward and geared for beginners. For even more detailed information there are additional books in the series specifically about Annuals, Perennials, Lawns and so on as well, and many libraries have them. |
