I raised Virginia peanuts this year and all the advice I can find stops at harvesting and drying. I would like to find out how to roast or process them after they have dried.

To roast peanuts in the shell, put them on
a cookie sheet in a single layer in a 300 degree oven for 30
to 40 minutes. Or, remove the shells and roast the peanuts
in a 300 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
