My Sago Palm has yellow and white tips. What could be causing this?

There are several possible explanations for this. The new growth on these plants is normally a bit pale and will eventually darken and look greener. Overly dry conditions (both soil and air) can cause tips to dry out and brown, as can insect infestation. Examine the leaves carefully including the undersides for signs od pests. Finally, if you have had your plant for a while and none of the previous reasons seem to fit, consider fertilizing it (according to the label instructions) with a balanced fertilizer containing micronutrients.
