The Q&A Archives: Planting Corn

Question: When is the best time for me to plant corn?

Answer: Corn seeds germinate best in warm soils, so wait until mid-April or early May to plant. By then the soil temperature will remain high enough to allow the seeds to germinate quickly and the corn to grow tall for an early feast. Enjoy!
