I live in NJ and began growing grapes this past summer. Now that autumn has arrived the leaves on my grape vines have died and are falling off. What are the watering requirements over the Fall and Winter months?

Plants should not be allowed to go into winter with dry soil, so if the fall is very dry you should water deeply as needed to keep the soil somewhat moist. The specific amount will depend on your soil type and exposure as well as the precipitation and temperatures. You might need to dig down a bit into the soil and check to see if it is dry.
