| You can harvest the peppers when they've reached mature size (2" at the shoulder and about 3 1/2" long). Green peppers will be milder in flavor than red, but while red is hotter, it's a bit sweeter, too. Of course, whether jalapenos are red or green, they're still very hot! Enjoy! |
