Answer: They should be okay. Some bulbs (particularly grape hyacinths which you may have planted) will normally make foliar growth in the fall. The plants are very cold hardy and will withstand winter in that state. The early blooming bulbs also withstand snow and cold well while blooming -- crocus will often bloom while there is still snow on the ground. If you planted the bulbs as deep as recommended and mulched the planting area with a few inches of mulch then all should be well.
