We are planning a July 29, 2000 wedding and are interested in using cut flowers from our garden.
Can you let me know what flowers would be best for bouquets and probably staying with "cool tones" rather than oranges. Blues, purples, greens, rose colored, yellow, white, etc. We are in Zone 05.

Some reliable plants for cutflowers in mid summer would include zinnias (available in a wide range of colors including pale green), cosmos, snapdragons, salvia ("Victoria" is an excellent blue), purple coneflowers (Echinacea), and gladiolas which are available in nearly any color except blue.
