I love Delphiniums but I need to know if they grow in my zone (Southeastern PA).

Yes, they can be grown there, and I have seen some lovely plantings of them in your area. The hot muggy summers and heavy acidic soil can be very difficult for them, and results often vary widely from year to year. You might try several varieties to see which ones are best adapted to your microclimate and growing conditions.
