How do you start a spike plant (Dracaena)from seeds or seedlings? If seeds where do you get them from and if seedlings where do you get them from?

You can purchase dracaena seeds from the following supplier:

The seeds need light to germinate. Sow on the surface of moistened seed starting mix and barely press them in. Cover the trays or pots with plastic wrap to help retain moisture. Seeds should germinate in 30-180 days when kept at 75F-85F degrees.
