| For a Christmas gift I received a 4 ft. balled Scotch Pine. I live in Albany, New York. The tree did not come into my home. How do I care for it until it can be safely planted? (eg. watering, storage, etc.) Don't think the ground is frozen yet. |
| Since the ground isn't frozen, plant it. Water it in well, mulch it, and make sure the soil stays moist until it does freeze. What a wonderful gift! |
