| I'm not sure I would call the flavor lemony, but limestone lettuce is a term used for any number of lettuces: the Butterhead, Boston or Bibb types. These grow in lightly folded heads and have a soft texture. Burpee (www.burpee .com or 800-888-1447) offers seeds for a number of these. |
