Can I grow yellow wax beans on the same trellis as Kentucky wonder green beans or will I have a problem with cross pollination?

Since beans are self pollinating, it shouldn't be a problem. If you plan to save seeds from one or the other to plant next year, you need to separate them by about 50' to ensure that they don't swap genetic material.
