Is there a disease {birch leaf minor]resistant replacement for European white birch?

Betula nigra "Heritage" is often suggested as a borer resistant replacement. It is a birch, it has an interesting bark, but it is not white. Instead it is described as almond or in some cases, nearly cinnamon shaded, but in any case it is a lovely tree.
