Shamrock or oxalis plants are grown from bulbs and the bulbs have a natural cycle of growth alternating with a period of dormancy. Sometimes the cycle becomes skewed when they are grown as houseplants. I suspect your plant is finally in the process of going dormant. First the foliage dies back and then the bulb rests. After sufficient resting, the bulb sends out new foliage. During the dormant phase, reduce watering so that the soil is barely moist and set the pot in a cool (not freezing) dark place until they sprout again. Then move them back to their sunny window.
