| I have the honor to pick out a Vegetable for my garden club's challenge class, for our late summer flower show. It has to be easy to grow. I have Okra, and small cantalope in mind. The past several years it has been tomatoes and peppers always. We need a change. |
| You might also consider Bright Lights Swiss Chard which is very pretty as well as easy, or perhaps garlic (very easy) or an unusual winter squash or, if the show is truly late, Pole Limas. Good luck! |
