Answer: I'm going to guess that there's a typo in your question and the seeds you have are Hydrophyllum, also known as Waterleaf. (If not, I have no idea what your seeds are!)
According to Hortus III there are about 8 subspecies of these perennial or biennial herbaceous plants and they're native to the U.S. The common names, depending on whether you're on the east or west coast, include Cat's Breeches or Indian-Salad.
If you in fact have Hydrophyllum, you can germinate the seeds by sowing 1/16" deep in moistened seed starting mix. Keep the trays or pots at about 55F and seedlings should appear in 7-21 days.
Good luck with your new little plants!
