I recently planted a few himrod and interlaken seedless white grapes. I live about 5 miles from the coast in the redwood country, with both fog and sunshine. Is there any hope that these grapes will produce?

You've made excellent grape cultivar choices for your growing region. Both produce reliably in cool, short-season areas. Interlaken ripens in late September and the fruit is tasty fresh or dried into raisins. Himrod is a very early season grape, and is used fresh or dried.
