Foxglove seeds need light to germinate; sow on the surface of moistened seed starting mix and press the seeds in with your finger so they are just covered. Place the tray in a warm spot such as on top of the refrigerator. Additional light is not needed until seedlings sprout. Seeds will germinate in 10-15 days when kept at 60F-70F and should be moved to a source of bright light once seedlings appear.
