I want to purchase a weeping cherry for the centerpeice in my front yard. When is the best time to plant one?

Trees and shrubs will adjust better to transplanting if you plant them during the cooler weather of winter, spring or fall. If you plant during these months they'll have a chance to become established before having to contend with the stresses of hot summer weather.
