I have a sundial mix growing in my room, NE exposure. How do you care for the Portulaca during the winter after it has stopped blooming?

Portulaca is usually grown outside in full sun as a summer blooming annual rather than as a houseplant. Since it prefers full sun outdoors I am not sure if you will be able to get it to bloom indoors or not. You might try providing some supplemental lighting and see what happens. In the meantime, be careful not to overwater or overfertilize it since it will be growing slowly due to the lower light level.
