When To Plant Peas - Knowledgebase Question

Today I purchased two packages of Burpee Sugar Snap Peas. The package did not tell me when to Spring and Fall plant in my area. Could you give me this information?

Peas grow best during the cool weather of early spring or late autumn. They tolerate cold soils, and can be sown in late February or the first week of March for harvesting in May. Here's an excellent webpage with specific information for gardening in your region:
