Please advise me how and where I can buy the seed of
Addisonii and Anshunensis? Are these plants a family of clematis?

Unfortunately I am not certain which plants you are looking for. There is in fact a native wildflower called Clematis addisonii (Addeson's Leatherflower) but there is also a Panicum addesonii which is a grass and there may be more. I am unable to find any reference using the second name you provided.
