The Q&A Archives: Biennial Flowers

Question: What are Biennial flowers?

Answer: Biennials are plants that grow from seed for one year, flower and set seed in their second year, and then die. Perennials on the other hand grow and bloom and set seed for several years; annuals grow, bloom, set seed and die all in the same season.
