Our grandmother grew a plant she called oyster plant. It was a root plant and we all loved it. How and where may I find the seeds or plants?

Oyster plant is Tragopogon porrifolius, also known as goatsbeard or salsify. Seeds are available through Nichols Garden Nursery, 1190 North Pacific Hwy., Albany, OR 97321-4580.
