something is eating round holes in my spinach leaves. I can't see any evidence of snails or other garden pests. Any suggestions?

I wonder if some insect dined on your spinach leaves earlier in the season and the damage went undetected? As the leaves grow bigger the holes will appear larger, as well. If you don't see any insects, there's really nothing you can do at this point. Just harvest as usual and enjoy!
