| As long as the soil is dry enough to work, you can plant. Rain will only help your perennials and bulbs get settled into their new homes, so don't let a little rain discourage you from planting! If soil is soggy wet, wait until it dries out a bit. As long as a handful holds together when squeezed but breaks apart when touched, it should be dry enough to work. |
