I'm looking for the name and source to purchase a wall clinging "ivy" that has smallish copper colored leaves.

You're probably looking for Hedera helix 'Baltica', with leaves that turn a coppery color in the fall and wintertime. The plant should be readily available at local nurseries (often sold in flats), or from Las Pilitas Nursery in Santa Margarita (805) 438-5992.
