I would like to plant something (with color) on a slope in my backyard that snakes don't like. I live in rattlesnake country. Any suggestions?

Anywhere a snake can hide it will! But my sources tell me rattlesnakes do not especially like Malephora (ice plant), Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) or Lantana because of their dense growing habits. Hope these work for you!
