My Kwanzan cherry tree has been planted on my front lawn for 3 or 4 years now. I get very few blooms and am very disappointed. What can I do do produce a tree just loaded with their double blooms? |
In my experience this tree flowers more heavily once it is well established and has some age to it, so it may be a matter of patience. It may also be a matter of where it is located, however, since extremely windy or cold conditions will affect its blooming. In the meantime, check to make sure the tree is healthy with no sign of borers or disease. |
