We are trying to add color to our herb garden. What "non-green" herbs would you suggest?

Here are a few ideas for colorful herbs:

Basil -- 'Purple Ruffles' (purple foliage) and 'Armenian' (silvery green leaves that are tinged red)

Wormwood or artemisia -- Many different species with silvery-grey foliage)

Lavender -- Silvery green foliage with blue-purple flowers

You might also want to check out Richters Herbs (www.richters.com). They offer hundreds of specialty herbs, including many sages with different foliage colors, such as
golden sage, one of my favorites. It has greenish centers on leaves with yellow margins.
