I have candytuft seeds that I bought last year and I want to know the best time to plant them in the ground. Or is it best to start them indoors?

I'm assuming you are talking about the annual candytuft, Iberis. These seeds can be started outside in the garden as soon as the danger of frost is past or indoors about six weeks before the last frost. Enjoy!
