Are there any vegetables at all that will grow with little or no sunlight? I know I can alternatively plant them in containers but I am just curious if there are any that no sunlight is needed.

Veggies do best with at least 6-8 hours of full sunlight a day. These vegetables will tolerate less, but they still need some sunlight: beets, carrots, kale, lettuce, potatoes, scallions, radishes, rhubarb, spinach, Swiss chard.
