Can you please give me a list of strawberry cultivars that are adapted to warm temperatures, like in Hawaii.

In addition to warm temps, you need to consider humidity. Here are some varieties that do well in Georgia and Florida: Albritton, Florida 90, and Tioga. Chandler is a very popular variety grown widely in California, but CA doesn't have as much humidity as you do. I also suggest that you check with your County Cooperative Extension office to see if they recommend a variety for your area: 3060 Eiwa St., Lihue, 808-274-3471.
