The Q&A Archives: No Blossoms On Redbud Tree

Question: Why doesn't my Redbud tree have blossoms in the spring?

Answer: In some cases young redbuds are very shy to flower and it may take several years for the tree to settle in and bloom well. Fall pruning can also remove blooming wood. If your tree is young, you should see more blooms each year.
