When planting peanuts, do you plant the whole nut, or do you shell them?

Peanuts can be planted with the hulls on or removed. If you do shell them, don't remove the thin, pinkish brown seed coverings, or the seeds won't germinate.

Peanuts need full sun and loose, well-draining soil.

Enjoy your harvest!
