Does soil for Tuberous Begonia need lime?

Most bulbs like a rich, fertile soil with plenty of organic matter, such as compost. They also need some form of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium nutrients from fertilizer. Tuberous begonias prefer acidic to neutral soil, but don't require additional lime, unless your soil pH is already highly acidic. Thanks for writing!
