I'm looking for instructions on how to grow pimento peppers from seeds. I'm not sure I did it right, but placed them in starter mix after wetting the soil, then put wrap over and placed in warm semi-lighted area. Does this sound right or wrong? |
Sounds right. Peppers like warm soils. As soon as seedlings sprout remove the plastic to allow air to circulate around the plants. Water as necessary, to keep the soil moist but not soggy wet. Provide 12-14 hours of light each day to the new little seedlings, and they should grow stout and sturdy. |
