We live in mid Florida. Do we plant dianthus in full sun or partial shade for the best yield in flowers?

Plant dianthus in full sun in rich, moist, well-draining soil. Pinch back young plants to stimulate bushy growth and deadhead frequently to prolong bloom. If hot summer weather slows production of bloom, cut the plants back hard to encourage new flowering stems.
