I would like to know which chile pepper is used for the popular Mexican dish, Chiles Rellenos? I was told to use poblano chiles (which I couldn't fine on your site) and I was, also told to use Anaheim chiles. My husband loves this dish, and I would like to find the right chile...or do you have a suggestion?

Ancho or Poblano peppers are traditionally used in making Chiles Rellenos. Ancho peppers are available from Burpee (item numbers: seeds B-52498, plants B-16048). You can order online at http://www.burpee.com or phone toll-free (800) 888-1447.

Enjoy your Chiles Rellenos!
