I would like to know which chile pepper is used for the popular Mexican dish, Chiles Rellenos? I was told to use poblano chiles (which I couldn't fine on your site) and I was, also told to use Anaheim chiles. My husband loves this dish, and I would like to find the right chile...or do you have a suggestion? |
